JKT Group s.r.o. was founded in October 2019, building on the extensive experience of its founders in the field of engineering - design, machining, development, and mold production.

We primarily focus on the production of EPP (expanded polypropylene) and EPS (expanded polystyrene) molds. Thanks to our work experience, we offer development, prototype molds including moldings, up to final molds for series production, including necessary surface treatments. EPP and EPS products have a very wide range of applications today. They are used in the automotive industry, packaging materials, food industry, insulation, recuperation, construction, etc.

Software

Our design and programming processes are supported by state-of-the-art software, ensuring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

We use top-tier software CAD SolidWorks, which allows us to design complex 3D models with maximum precision.
For programming CNC machines, we rely on CAM Powermill, which guarantees efficient and precise machining of even the most demanding parts.

Thanks to this combination of software tools, we can optimize the entire production process and thus ensure results that meet the highest quality standards.

Output control and product certification

Every product undergoes a thorough output control, during which all its parameters and properties are carefully verified. This process includes testing and inspection to ensure that each piece meets our strict quality standards.
